Our online prices are based on standard-sized areas of up to 200 sq. ft. (about the size of a typical bedroom or hallway).
An area exceeds 200 square feet.
The space requires additional time due to excessive clutter, heavy soiling, or pet staining.
Furniture needs to be moved or the room layout requires extra work.
We encounter other unexpected conditions that significantly affect the scope of the service.
If your technician finds that an area is larger than expected or requires additional care—such as heavy staining, excessive buildup, furniture moving, or other unique conditions—they'll review any pricing adjustments with you before any work begins.
You'll always know the final price in advance, and no additional work will be performed without your approval.
